 Work under the direction of the store manager to supervise sales staff. Oversee and assist employees with merchandising and setting up product displays. Provide customer service, answering questions related to products in department. Motivate staff to reach department sales objectives and provide high quality customer service.

• Co-ordinate with sales department and provide new strategies to sales associates on how to increase sales and attend to customers.• Train the sales personnel to be very warm and friendly as these could make customers come back to the store for more shopping.• Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales in the department.• Allocating tasks to staff and reporting to management, Discussing and resolving problems, Carrying out performance reviews.

• Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.• Advise customers by providing information about products.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
