I serves as project lead on graphic design projects as assigned by stakeholders. Collaborate with multifunctional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, etc) to bring out absolute aligned brand creatives and maintain quality, consistency, and brand guidelines of all projects. Understand the creative objectives and needs of stakeholders and work in the same direction. (Project includes Branding, Infographics, Press Ads, Digital Ads, Flyer/Brochure, Multi-page Booklet, Large Format, Social Media, Video Graphic Packages, E-books, Posters, Landing pages, Emails/Newsletters etc.) Mentor and train team members if necessary.

Manage team members and creative staff, working with account executives to ensure clients needs is met, ensuring a project is on schedule, leading brainstorming sessions, meeting with team members, conceptualizing ideas, assigning projects in the team and Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
