->Designation: Executive Engineer (Production).->Principal Tasks: a) Develop, together with the technical group, an overall build strategy and prepare a detailed project schedule to meet the contract delivery terms and conditions.Execute the project in accordance with the approved schedule and budget in close coordination with all departments.b)Supervising the engineers and assistant engineers.c)Interacting with the clients and understanding their requirements effectively.d) Liaise with Class Surveyor for all site surveys. Responsible to follow up all Class comments & manage to close them with QA/QC support.e) Document reports and submit them to higher authorities.f) Ensure the safety in accordance with DEW policies and procedures.g) Develop processes / tools to improve productivity and quality.h) Coordinate project activities, conduct project meetings in order to keep project progress as per schedule.i) Report to the DGM on construction activities pertaining to the projects.->Designation: Executive Engineer (Production) & OIC (Officer In Charge), Docking Section.->Principal Tasks:a) To perform the duties as OIC.b) To determine outline plan for implementation of Docking projects and monitor progress of all projects with the guidelines of the DGM (Production) & GM (Production).c) To monitor matters concerning Docking & Undocking ship, boat, pontoon etc.d) To monitor matters concerning crane schedule base on importance of work.e) To develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the shop.f) To coordinate and correspond with other shops.g) To look after all the matters of the Docking Section. h) To check the quality of the materials related to the Docking Section.i) To prepare the work schedule of the shop. j) To ensure discipline of the shop as per DEW Ltd. standard.k) To ensure professional relationship among others officers and workers.l) Implement the instruction of the senior officers.

 Successfully delivered 36 new building international class vessel construction from keel laying to delivery and 32 vessels dry docking and launching for repairing. Reduced cost around 15% by proper using of crane, forklift, pay loader, Excavators, trailer truck, heavy machinery, workshop job, effective manpower, overtime, leading with proper motivation. Improved welding quality and outfitting standard for hull, piping, outfitting by taking workshop and regular monitoring following international class IACS, RINA, NK, DNV-GL, NK etc.  Prepared & implemented of detailed inspection plan, QA/QC plans, ITP, NDT and performed VT, DPT, UT, RT, tank test, hydro test, airtightness test as per class standard rules. Developed WPS, WPQR and conducted of welders’ qualification test both for pipes and plates (different grade) according to class rules and NDT & DT test performing of those test materials. Complete responsibilities of ship repair, ship conversion, docking, launching, documentation, survey, purchasing items, function test, trial etc. for all repair ships.

 Developed curricula and course material that can be used across a number of platforms. Reviewed methods, teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement. Conducted research, fieldwork, and investigations, and writing up reports. Delivery of modules through lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials.Teaching Subjects:- B.Sc. Engineering: Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Elements of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design, Basic Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Mechanical Shop Practice.Diploma Engineering: Ship Safety and Fire Fighting, Marine Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Basic Naval Architecture, Welding, Ship Construction and Fitting, Engineering Drawing, CAD & CAM, Marine Steam Power and Turbine, Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Material & Machine design, Ship Construction and Fitting.

 Developed project specific construction management work plans. Ensure work plans are coordinated with Owner and Contractor(s). Reduced around 20% cost compare to other same project by managing effective manpower, overtime, unnecessary cost cut down, optimum material uses, pre-planning etc.  Prepare reports & submit the corresponding manager and keep track in a good filing system. To supervise all erection works and ensure the quality of the project within the cost. To ensure the quality of the project by delicate supervision, motivation and leading properly.

 Successfully delivered 24 new building class vessel constructions from keel laying to delivery. Reduced around 25% cost by ensuring lowest rework, effective manpower uses, overtime, selecting proper materials and machinery, small changes and proper leading with motivation.  Prepared of quality standard for hull, piping, outfitting and welding as per IACS, RINA, DNV-GL, NK and inspection and follow up of block fabrication, erection in all stages. Maintain inspection records, quality-related updated documents, codes, standards, specifications as per the requirement of the quality system. Monitored and responsible for VT, DPT, UT, RT, tank test, hydro test, airtightness test as per standard rules and keep all the records in a good filing system both hard copy and soft copy.

 Design ship hulls and superstructures, following inland shipping ordinance, IACS and other classification society with safety and regulatory standards. Producing detailed designs of ships, boats and other maritime vessels using drawings and specialist computer software. Interpreting and analyzing data and test results. Assessing what materials and equipment are needed and planning the construction process.
