About Anup Deshmukh

I am a goal-oriented engineer with people management skills and having more than 16 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects beginning from project costing, billing, project management, business development and analysis.I started my professional career as civil engineer in the year 2007 and over the last 16 years I worked on a diverse range of EPC projects ranging from Factory, warehouse, R&D center, IT park, Utility structures, Automobiles factories, Food manufacturing & storage units and several. During my stint on management of the above projects, I took on assignments other than the individual contribution & moved up as team leader. I have worked with team of project managers along with key account management.After working on the above for over 10 years, I have successfully established new EPC vertical for Zamil Steel India from ground up from 2018 to 2022. Since then, I have been handling Business development, project sales & its planning for India, Myanmar & Bangladesh. I have continued similar roles in my latest organization Freyssinet Menard India Pvt Ltd which is subsidiary of Vinci Construction.My well-rounded experience on design & build, EPC project sites and at the corporate level offices has helped me to head the business operations like BD, tendering, project & contract management. I have also handled contract management, commercials & risk management of new projects.
