As the Client Director, I have a focus on supporting universities achieve the very best employability function to support their student and also the local community with jobs. I look after all account management functions from delivery of new services to the general everyday maintenance of systems and solutions. My focus remains with our customers, ensuring only the highest level of service is provided. With an extremely hands-on approach, I make certain that our customer's user requirements are met by being with the customer from starting point, demonstrating our solutions, through implementation, right through to launch. Following this, my team and I deliver efficient services at every level. The solutions Keystone Employment Group deliver is pioneering and at the forefront of technology for recruitment, timesheets and compliance-based systems. Outside of systems and solutions, my team and I are fully up to date with employment legislation and Home Office regulations around compliance and RTW. Summary of responsibility:- Overall Account Management of all clients.- Delivery of implementations of products and solutions; delivering efficient seamless services. - The onboarding and training of administrators, consultants and managers.- Promotion of the Talent Bank solution, using all means of tools and communication.- Providing demonstrations for all potential customers; all main user requirements and challenges are understood during each session. - Delivering a solution to make our customers fully compliant with Home Office regulations.

Recruitment Sales:- Generated 79 new clients; successfully fulfilling recruitment requirements.- Filled 352 jobs since 19th November 2012.- Grew Met Temps talent pool by over 1800 new candidates.- Saving London Metropolitan University over £67,000 in recruitment fees and VAT. Customer Services:- Managing and developing client relationships.- Providing training and tutorials to clients and candidates.- Producing and giving various presentations for training and promotion. Handling Confidential Information:- Compliance and invoice approval checks. Recruitment Processes:- Managing entire recruitment process from sourcing vacancy to matching candidates to roles.- Interviewing candidates; assesses their needs, presenting new channels and opportunities.- Matching candidates to vacancies with referral to clients.- Sourcing best candidates through effective marketing and networking.- Liaising between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Business Development:- System and operational development through feedback; seeking to increase awareness in internal and external environments but to also grow user satisfaction.
