As a DGM responsible :•Overall responsible for quantity finalisation & estimation for all design built project.•Over all In charge for the technical Team for our Agra Bypass Project, Khargaon Road Project, Pune Segmental Flyover & Indore Pipe Line Projects from H.O. ( Mumbai)•Project Execution Plan, within the man hour and cost budgets and the project schedule targets. •Finalisation of Sub Contractors as per our Quoted Rate.

As a DGM responsible :• Construction of 136 km New Alignment Named KMP expressway- western periphery• Project Execution Plan, within the manhour and cost budgets and the project schedule targets. • Liaise with the Client Engineer regarding Specifications and Standards, and prepare Project Specifications and Standards for design, materials and construction.• Participate in design and checking work as required. • Ensure that quality of design and drawings produced for enquiry and construction purposes on projects.• Prepare requisitions for sub-contracts and procurement of materials. • Review Subcontractor's and Supplier's quotations, participate in clarification meetings, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Subcontractor, in conjunction with Subcontracts / Materials Management Departments commercial quotation evaluation. • Liaise with the Project Engineer regarding information required by the Design Engineers and Drawing Office. • Issue copies of final documentation for inclusion in the Mechanical Catalogues. • Prepared for working drawing as per site condition and approved from consultants.• Prepared soil investigation report as per site soil investigation and assist to our structural designer to design as per that.• With the Clients' Civil Engineer on technical matters. • With Construction Department on matters relating to the design of temporary works and constructability.• With Cost & Planning Department to ensure the Civil Engineering Schedule reflects the overall project execution schedule. • With Quantity Surveying Group to provide documentation to enable the preparation of Bills of Quantities and ongoing monitoring of sub-contract costs.

As a ARE (Struc.) responsible for Supervision of all construction activities, keep records of progress, preparation of new proposals for additional underpass, assist in implementation of contractor’s contract with the employer, examine contractor’s work programme with respect to proposed resources, examine adequacy of manpower, material & machinery with the contractor, approve the final setting out by the contractor, scrutiny of contractor’s proposals, analysis of rates, construction supervision & quality control management, Inspection of Contractor’s equipment & plants, Issuing site instructions, Attend RFIs and ensure speedy disposal, Suggest technical improvements. Has also been responsible for maintaining all records of correspondences, test results, approvals, Examine Contractor’s methodology & Quality Assurance Plan, Checking Contractor’s working drawings & designs of temporary works, Preparing Monthly Progress Reports, Examining Contractor’s ‘As – built drawings’, Day to day arrangement of inspections, testing & checking and Visit to quarries, factories etc. I was also responsible for detail checking of design and drawing of staging and formwork for construction of superstructure of major bridge and detail design and drawing of RCC bore cast in situ touch pile as per specification for protection of high embankment for construction and supervision of foundation work of ROB.

Construction Manager responsible for monitoring the day to day work with structure team including progress, achievement as per project target, quality control and review the design as per MORTH and IS specification. Was also over all responsible for the construction of DLC(34800Cum) & PQC (66000Cum) using Bitelli automatic Paver for DLC and for PQC using Slip Form Sensor Paver ( SP – 850 ( WIRTGEN)) & TCM - 850. I am also responsible to assist our Sub-Designer for design of RE Wall using geo-grid (UL- 70 to UL- 200) Construction of RE Wall panels with stream curing, monitoring daily progress report, production of panels, client billing for RE Wall & Geo-grid items. Total RE Wall Qty. of this project 170000Sqm. & 2200000sqm. Geo-grid. I was responsible for, the materials, manpower, machinery management and the cost control, which deals with the client bill and contractor’s bill.

As Sr. Engineer, was responsible for construction supervision of Power Plant and quality control/quality assurance of structures under IS specifications, approving and issuing working drawings, check and verify setting and setting out of structures, assist engineer to ensure that construction work is accomplished in accordance with the drawings; technical specifications; Checking and design of scaffolding of structure, Checking of measurements, certification of bill for contractor, preparation of monthly progress reports, and liasioning with client and contractor etc
