- Project Manager for diverse Hydraulic piston pump products - Project Manager for Eaton's Hybrid Hydraulic Product industrialization (realization) and launch at Spencer, IA facility- New Product deployment within operations- Procurement and development of complex production equipment including Test stand and Assembly lines. - Development of processes to improve synergy between various functional groups based out of various global locations.

- Development, Simulation and Optimization of various systems and sub-systems of Hydraulic Hybrid drivetrain.- Project Management of Hydraulic Hybrid prototype system- System design and optimisation using Six Sigma Techniques.- Interact with Suppliers, Eaton SCM and Legal teams on New sub-system development.

Led team of 4 Engineers to support local machine tool and hydraulics industry with Product development and marketing activities:- Design and development of fixtures for manufacturing of polymer coated Helical Guides. Achieved reduced process times and increased accuracy to ±3 microns without using precision machines.

Machine tool reconditioning using wide range of Epoxy and polymer based formulations. Development of Hydraulic systems for machine tool and defence aerospace ground handling systems.
