I started my career with IBM as an administrative assistant to two of the Directors. From there, I slowly climbed the ladder and gathered a lot of experience. I retired from IBM in 2016 as a Sector Operations Business Executive. My entire journey with IBM has indeed been an exhilarating one. I have been through a lot of highs and lows but all of that has been an experience which has taught me to better my performance with every step.I have learnt to work with a team and to treat every team member with understanding, respect, equality and yet, differently- because no two people are alike and a rule that applies to one doesn't work for the other.After my stint with IBM, I have joined Silver Clouding as a Business Development Executive. My job entails me to act as a smooth channel between my company and various clients. It requires me to understand what a customer is looking for and to ensure that we provide for it effectively and efficiently.
