• Attend to customers' technical enquiries.• Constant follow up with customers on marketing promotions and campaigns,to generate new marketing opportunities.• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs andspecifications.• Responsible for order processing, payment collection and generatingdifferent MIS (collection target vs achievement, sales achievement, CP anddistributor sales vs collection performance and AR Aging)• Addressing ad-hoc sales requirement like proforma invoice, test certificates,inquiry diversion letter etc.• Organizing training for the new and existing CPs for the new and existingproducts as per requirement.• Run the campaigns for targeted products, offers and discontinued productreplacements.
