My main work was to assist head design engineer. Duringb3 month I have assist them on many projects of companies like Hillman gear, Hindustan aironotics, musco etc. Because that was a small company so I had to make statgies and guide workers and operators. Taking lectures of workers on safety , time management, ergonomics etc.
