Everything about the product and its journey through different touch points intrigue me and being a part of this journey and understanding how value is being added at every point has been my biggest learning so far.As an Area Business Manager at Samsung Electronics, I worked on different aspects such as understanding market dynamics, market schemes formulation, proper inventory management of distributor, SKU planning, credit management to ensure healthy margin for distributor, sales team alignment to work towards a common vision of increasing Samsung’s share and increasing ASP (average selling Price) in order to have profitable growth. Outside of work, I love solo travelling as it opens a gamut of opportunities to interact with different personalities and culture in a more nuanced way. I am crazy about stand-up comedy, have done few acts in my college and one day I wish to have my own stand-up comedy specials.
