 Preparing SOW and BOQ to necessary system to integrate and consider while preparing quotation; analysing tender specifications/ BOQ to analyze & plan materials, labour, overheads & time required to execute the project.. Coordinating with suppliers for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, RFIs, cost estimates, variation / deviation proposals, and so on Proficient knowledge in estimating all types of furnitures and joinery items. Preparing Sub-Contractors progress payment claims, measurement and certification. Maintain records of site measurements and quantities. Settlement of provisional sum & prime cost items.

 Excellent knowledge in estimating different types of doors such as flush doors, tubular core doors, fire rated doors, honicel doors etc. Excellent knowledge in estimating interior items such as furnitures, ceiling, wooden flooring, skirting and paneling finished in veneer, corian, laminates and paint. Keen Idea in Interior and exterior items required for a construction. Proficient knowledge about different types of laminates, veneer, wood and accessories (iron mongeries) required for doors, furnitures etc.. Good knowledge in ERP Software. Proficient knowledge in RA bill submission and sales closing.
