As Chief Operating Officer at Magic Software Inc., I played a pivotal role in incubating and scaling three distinct businesses, including Magic EdTech, MagicBox, and Magic Blockchain QA. Through strategic planning and execution, I led the development of innovative digital solutions for the education and corporate sectors, driving growth and success for the company. During my 10-year tenure at Headstrong Capital Markets (acquired by GENPACT in 2011), I held various leadership roles, driving transformation and operational excellence across diverse functions.As Business Unit Leader for I2I Capital Markets (2012-13), I spearheaded the expansion of the capital markets business in India, while as APAC Delivery Leader, I built scalable delivery processes and expanded operations across major APAC locations, boosting client NPS from 16% to 60%. From 2009 to 2011, I served as GDC Leader for India-South, revitalizing the Bangalore center with 3x growth in 30 months and developing a strong leadership pipeline. Previously, as Delivery Head for Capital Market Accounts (2004-2009), I scaled a strategic account tenfold in three years and played a critical role in securing a landmark outsourcing deal.

As a Vice President responsible for delivery of compliance IT solutions for Equities, derivatives, & Fixed Income compliance groups.

Worked in Private Wealth Management. Responsible for delivering suite of Investment Management Tools to North America, Europe & Asian PWM business units.
