• Work center in charge for 11th Plant Refrigeration Division Preparatory Work Center. Prepared work center for plate cutting, CNC drilling, rolling/bending of the CS tube sheets, plate shells for Chillers.• Coordinated between the vendor and the plant workers so as to prevent any bottleneck with timely delivery of supplies from the vendor to the manufacturing and assembly plants. Established quality systems such as Kaizen, 5S, Quality circle and Six Sigma within the department.• Overall responsibility for the preparatory work center including CNC plate cutting, rolling, bending and drilling workshop activities.• Active member of product development team to improve quality-related feedback.
