Store re-formatting & merchandising decision -• Delivered a hypothesis testing framework to help take business decisions such as store reformatting.• The significance testing was performed for change in sales on the re-formatted stores.• The same framework and tool was modified to decide determining increase in space for GM products.Store clustering modification - • Introduced waste and special location parameters to the existing store clustering logic.• Performed a POC to identify stores having special locations such as costal, college campus etc. and the impact of the special indicator on sales.Chilled Re-balance - • Developed a re-balance logic by analysing scenarios of under and over spacing of refrigerated products.• Performed POC of optimal sell off date as a factor of shelf life before which likelihood of sales decreases.
