About Anuschka Naidoo, Ma, Rp (Qualifying)

I am passionate about supporting people to overcome challenges, develop strengths and skills, and move forward in their lives. With over 10 years of counselling experience, I have worked with youth and adults dealing with stress and anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use problems. I am also skilled in program development and evaluation, workshop facilitation, building strong community partnerships and managing a successful team of staff. Through experiencing my own mental health struggles during pregnancy and postpartum I decided to start a perinatal mental health practice because I am passionate about distigmatizing mental health struggles during pregnancy and postpartum and normalizing getting help.
