RA is a subsidiary of Compass Group Limited specialising in catering and hospitality services. They are the preferred caterers for Positively Wellington Venues undertaking catering services for private events as well as food and beverage sales for public events such as concerts & sports.My responsibilities included:• Taking ownership of financial and budgetary responsibilities and implementing sales plans to achieve specific targets• Engaging with internal and external decision makers, using sound judgement and make effective decisions• Understanding, assisting and delivering on client needs pre, during and post events • Co-ordinating all aspects of the client’s event in regard to catering including inquiry through to organising the details of the event, communicating requirements to all relevant parties, overseeing delivery and finally client follow-up and invoicing• Developing and enhancing initial client ideas with solutions to exceed expectations• Ensuring that the catering offering is sold to clients efficiently, effectively and to agreed quality standards whilst still meeting clients’ specific needs• Resolution of bjections pre, during and post events

•Implementing systems and reporting processes for investments•Buying and Selling AMP-recommended securities, on behalf of clients•Preparing ‘Statements of Advise’ for advisers •Preparing quarterly investment research for clients•Providing recommendations and research to advisers•Maintaining client databases •Workflow processing – File preparation for client/adviser meetings, online processing of investment instructions, responding to client and provider requests

Meeting revenue and turnover targets through active servicing of client portfolio on a sensible risk/reward basisFull and appropriate use of the bank's range of vanilla, derivative and consultative risk products - mainly forward contracts, spots, options and swapsThe maintenance and development of customer and internal relationships by working with new business units and the internal bank networkMaintaining a strong risk culture by the understanding and compliance of the highest standards of business conduct.
