Summary of current job responsibilities; Working in the design and build industry with focus in residential construction. Responsible for overseeing 10+ projects from design to build: -Coordinating timelines on multiple projects to ensure design decisions are made and materials/finishes are ordered and delivered on time -Producing design drawings (doors, cabinetry, appliance and plumbing, RCP, finishes, etc.) for client review and approval -Producing and sending shop and finish install drawings to subcontractors for final bids-Responsible for calculating and ordering all finish materials based on SOW budget -Tracking design changes made to the scope and budget to promptly process change orders and stay within current project schedule-Responsibilities also included taking part in on site construction management to ensure details are built according to install drawings for an accurate final finish installation
