Guide the development team by defining the vision, value and context of “why” behind product capabilities/features and help to plan “how” to deliver them best. Work closely with the Product Manager and software engineering, following Agile principles, to help define requirements/user stories, incorporate feature requests, estimate development effort, and prioritize/groom backlog items. Collaborate with the Product Manager on roadmap management and release planning. Work with UI/UX/Designers to generate wireframes and prototypes to support user stories and product demonstrations Facilitate sprint refinement & planning and work alongside the Scrum Master to ensure that commitments are met and any re-prioritization decisions are fully informed Support the development team throughout the development cycle by elaborating user stories and advising on priorities. Keep track of industry best practices and continuously suggest process efficiencies for the development team. Organize the end-of-sprint demos to communicate to internal stakeholders the output of each sprint. Validate whether features have been completed and decide when they will be released Support development of the technical product collateral, such as release notes and online help content.
