I'm a PEC certified electrical engineer and working as a NOC engineer in One Network. With my heart crammed with gratitude, I admit that this has been only possible because of the countless blessings of Allah Almighty.My key responsibilities here at One Network are,• Coordination with plaza techs and power team to troubleshoot the power devices and eliminate the root causes of system failure incidents.• Resolving the issues and handling NMS tickets.• Preparing the weekly report on persistent power-related issues to eliminate the issues and minimize system breakdown chances in the future.• Monitoring the system and resolving complaints related to power.• Resolving the issues remotely and maximizing the system's stability.• Site visits to monitor the system and gain insight into actual RCAs.• Follow up on complaints and issues and escalate them when required.• Evaluating the actual root causes and working on SOPs to avoid these issues.I am skilled in Office suites (Microsoft Office, LaTeX), Presentation software (PowerPoint, Endnote), MATLAB, PSPICE, PROTEUS, C++ (VISUAL STUDIO), AUTOCAD, CONTROL-SUIT and MULTISIM.I've worked on power system stability during my final year project. Project Title : "Reactive Power Compensation in a Distribution Network by designing of DSTATCOM"The aim of this project was to examine the ability of DSTATCOM to control the flow of power. I designed a self-sufficient device (DSTATCOM) tied with grid, providing the effective compensation of reactive power and eliminating the transients, voltage fluctuations. My designed device finds its valuable ambit in industrial areas, manufacturing plants and dispatch companies like NTDC and industrial area.
