Through my business course load at GMU, as well as extracurricular activities and community participation, I have developed my ability to handle responsibility well. I am a capable and well-balanced student with a passion for learning and self-development. In addition to my relevant course work of statistics, economics, and analytics, the opportunities I have received allowed me to actualize my education. As the teaching assistant (TA) for a Computational Data Science course at GMU, I gained valuable experience working as part of a team to assist students with lesson understanding, Matlab programming, and exam preparation. This TA position helped me hone my skills of communication, teamwork, and reliability. I believe that I display a strong ability to readily apply my learned knowledge, and I am eager to gain new opportunities and further expand my skill set.
