Completed my summer internship at DCB Bank wherein I handled two projects.1)Project on study of workplace attendance across branches / offices• Analysed data for 3 months (Jan- Mar) for employees pan-India• Analysis and conclusions shared with Business Heads and Managers2)Worked on the recovery process followed for the exit employees• Altered the exit process note for audit purpose• Handled recovery cases for FY 16-17 and FY 15-16• Gave suggestions for handling the recovery process
