Responsible to analyze, develop, enhance, integrate, support the application as well as provide support to the development team. does the code review for the development team and provide support to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), follow-up with client for their signoff and coordinates with release manager for promoting the change into production.Is also responsible for resource management and is in-charge of the Knowledge transition and mentoring new team members.>Responsible for Application Monitoring (Production) and management of all test environments including QA.>Responsible for Application database server monitoring and management.>Incident management, fixing issues related to Application management services (AMS).>Service monitoring and Production support to the development team.>Involved in resolving critical issues related to application or performance issues effectively and efficiently on time.>Provide support and documentation to assist in sustaining the project where necessary.>Assist with root cause analysis to build long-term issues.>Perform Unit Testing and prepare test scripts for Bug, Defect or Work item.>Provide access and revoke access for internal as well as external users using client platform or third party platform.>Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly incidents and tickets reports for client data review.>Responsible for connecting with internal and external teams (L1.5, DBA, Wintel, development, CyberArk, Documentum, ETL, Service forward) for number of reasons like resuming loads, resetting queue reader, restarting servers, any Document or file missing, etc.
