As a Legal & Compliance Executive, I work with a team of professionals to provide legal and regulatory guidance and support to the company's NBFC operations. I am responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, agreements, and guarantees, as well as ensuring compliance with SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and other relevant laws and regulations.I have a strong legal background, having completed my LLB degree from Subodh Law College, Jaipur in 2022, and having worked as an Executive and a Management Trainee in the corporate secretarial services industry at FCS Software Solutions Ltd. I have acquired skills in legal writing, corporate law, document drafting and share purchase agreements. I am also certified in trademarks and copyrights, and have completed a course on Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, which reflects my interest in legal technology and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.I am motivated by learning, professional growth, and achieving my long-term goals as a legal and compliance professional.
