HelloI’m Anusha Rachel Panda.I have overall 5 years of work experience in international voice. Initially, I used work as an AR Analyst for a Healthcare domain for about 3 years and currently working as a customer service associate and also a process trainer (Based on the company’s requirement). I basically train the new hires and manage, monitor and track their performance, audit the contacts taken by the associates and provide them the feedback on the areas of improvement and give them the documented feedback. Also would take charge of their data from DOJ till the LWD of the associate.
