Worked on Sobha Dream Series, a residential project with 7000 apartments and associated facilities.My responsibilities included coordination of the architectural drawings with the Landscape department and the site, preparing marketing drawings and detailed drawings.

• Worked on all phases of design on a range of projects including gated residential communities, commercial buildings, worker housing, schools, warehouses and high-end residences. • Managed projects from concept through delivery.• Drafted designs, furniture designs and layouts and rendered models.• Facilitated approvals from municipal building department and other government agencies.• Resolved project issues and reviewed schedules through client meetings.• Oversaw work of subcontractors, conveyed updates and assisted in devising construction schedules.• Oversaw project costs and validated estimate reports.
