I am part of Customer Engagement Team, we have optimized customer engagement using Salesforce Marketing Cloud along with Health cloud, email studio, Automation studio, Journey builder, Audience builder and Analytics Builder, Email Development with personalization following strict CAN-SPAM principles engaging both existing customer (Loyal Customers) and new prospective customers, organize data for personalization from different Data Sources.

Worked for a diversified financial services company M&T Bank. The objective of this project is to migrate regional banking to online banking and convert few of the Marketing processes to Email Marketing Automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.* Responsible for working with the business partners to understand business requirements and then start documenting, developing, and testing and doing smoke testing the journeys.* Setup, maintain and optimize Email marketing campaign utilizing Exact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.* Build linear campaigns using automation studios and using journey builders for complex campaigns.

Worked for customer loyalty team to personalize Email Marketing and help drives smarter interactions with customers and automate email marketing using email studio, Automation studio, Journey builder, Audience builder and Analytics Builder, Email Development.* Developed and executed marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud Email Studio.* Created folder structure to house marketing email templates and executed A/B testing on email templates to improve engagement.* Developed and deployed A/B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final Email campaign.* Responsible for technical coordination including email QA in HTML, writing SQL query and AMP Script logic, and leveraging assets to build and deploy email campaigns.
