Developing a cost-benefit framework for a development progamme implemented in the Philippines along with qualitative analyses to evaluate impact on special groups of beneficiaries

Estimating the Manpower Requirements in the Precision Engineering Sector in Singapore- Studied the precision engineering sector in Singapore and made projections on the manpower shortage in the short to medium term in the sector using quantitative data from secondary sources; - Conducted focus group discussions and expert interviews, and provided client recommendations focused on training existing workers and increasing digitisation; - Created a dynamic user-friendly dashboard to track changes in manpower requirements for the short to medium term

- Conducted literature review focussed on the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the aspirations and priorities of SIngaporean youth, especially with respect to dating, marriage and family formation- Compiled data on government measures to encourage marriage and parenthood measures from 2000.

Worked on a research project titled, ’Measuring Productivity in the Economy.’Focused on using financial ratios and flow of funds data to measure macroeconomic productivity in India.Submitted a report with a proposed aggregate estimate of the productivity.

Review of company policy on employee expenditure website for consistency.Consolidation of policy on the company website for clarity and better accessibility. Analysis and reconciliation of employee accounts.
