Anusha specializes in the retail real estate industry with a focus on adaptive-reuse and mixed-use developments, lifestyle concepts, and high-end food and beverage. Anusha understands the strategy behind merchandising centers and placing local, regional, and national clients in the right locations for success.Anusha has served in both landlord and tenant representation roles, and her vast network of business contacts have led to successful retail centers driven by synergy and backed by insider knowledge. Some of her most notable projects include Twickenham Square, The Garage at Clinton Row, Stovehouse, The Avenue, Times Plaza, and Lincoln Mill.
