In my role as a Data Analyst at Trinity Solar, I developed and optimized Power BI dashboards, including a Retail Performance Dashboard that highlighted key metrics for a multi-million-dollar partnership with Home Depot. By implementing RPA solutions, I automated data workflows, saving over 30 hours weekly and enhancing analytics with integrations from tools like Ring Central and Survicate. Additionally, I utilized Salesforce CRM data via SQL Server to create custom dashboards, providing actionable insights to C-suite leaders to support strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.

As a leader at Catalysts for Change, a social justice think tank and incubator focused on helping high school students achieve their STEM career goals, I am responsible for overseeing the hiring and management of over twenty instructors for our Summer Fellowship program. I work closely with each instructor to ensure that the classes are of the highest quality, providing support and materials as needed. I also maintain open communication with instructors and upper management to ensure that all program goals are met.
