Need to review sales performance on weekly basis and give Feedback and Plan of Action for stock consolidations.• To ensure (in conjunction with CM) that set norms of overall stocking, ageing of stocks, stock cover, discounting Limits etc. are achieved.• Responsible for movement of stocks from warehouse to store.• To ensure that timely re-orders for both base stocks and FMS are placed and these are converted into timely deliveries.• Study base stocks and recommend changes in the style/size mix.• To ensure that CPR (Consignment Pending report) is not pending for more than 48 hrs.• To ensure that all stocks reach the floor within 24 hrs of GRN.• To study competition and provide feedback to buyers on missing categories lost opportunities, new product/brand Potential etc.• To identify slow moving stocks and suggest plan of action to liquidate the same
