Founding Executive of RDNS New Zealand and instrumental in establishing this NZ registered charitable organisation (subsidiary of RDNS Group). It involved establishing the legal structure, governance, recruitment and training of 120+ staff, sourcing new facilities and support structures in Auckland and successfully transferring 1000 patients care within a short time frame of 13 weeks.New Zealand services saw RDNS Group make the first move to expand its services outside of Australia.

A newly created position with a focus on expansion and growth in Australia and beyond. Successfully led the tender proposal that saw RDNS launch its services outside of State of Victoria for the first time in its 125 year history. Returned home to New Zealand to launch RDNS New Zealand, a subsidiary company of RDNS Group.
