Conducted Research on “Antimicrobial, anti-mutagenic and antioxidant properties of the tree barks of Phoenix dactylifera (date palm) and Azadirachta indica (neem). Extracted polyphenols and carried out the Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) Assay to determine the antioxidating activity, bacterial susceptibility testing on four clinically important strains, the Folin-Ciocalteau Assay to determine the total amount of polyphenols and the Ames test to test the mutagenicity.
