Introducing Media Bias Detector (https://mediabiasdetector.seas.upenn.edu/)! I led the design and development of a data-driven, user-interactive dashboard by applying user-centered design principles to enhance usability and engagement. I directed the technical execution of the Media Bias Detector project, ensuring that the computational methods were robust and aligned with our research objectives. As the manager of a complex interdisciplinary research project, I coordinated efforts across stakeholders, research associates, team leads, contractors, and funders to achieve project goals. I oversaw project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and alignment with strategic objectives. I also developed and implemented research protocols, upholding ethical data collection practices to meet project standards and compliance requirements. Throughout these initiatives, I fostered a collaborative environment by mentoring team members and leveraging my behavioral science expertise to drive project success and professional development.

I worked with the Managing Director of the Lab to report the Lab’s activities to multiple external and internal audiences including faculty, alumni, news media, community, and professional associations. This included working closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues from the Lab’s founding schools: SEAS, Annenberg, and Wharton. Additionally, I collaborated with the Lab’s researchers and engineers on project documentation, translation of research, and web content.

Organised a behavioural science conference which hosted over 23 researchers from all over the world in addition to 30 poster positions.

As a Visibility Associate, I was responsible for building the visibility vertical of the organization and engaging with stakeholders, donors, and partner organizations. I worked primarily at curating knowledge products derived directly from research conducted and action projects carried out within the organization to increase its visibility.

As a Research Associate, I worked on the execution of a pilot program to increase the consumption of IFA tablets in Uttar Pradesh, in collaboration with NITI Aayog's Behavioral Insights Unit. I designed the baseline and endline instruments for the pilot program, and coordinated and trained a team of 100 enumerators for treatment deployment for a sample of 2,500 pregnant women. I also cleaned and organized large data sets for baseline, treatment deployment, and endline surveys.Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC) is a part of the International Foundation for Research and Education (IFRE). My position allows me to work on conducting research underlying policy changes (literature reviews, proposals etc.) and deepen my understanding regarding theories pertaining to behavioural sciences. The organisation focuses on policies for maternal health, education, family planning, and health and is continuously looking to expand its areas of work. The research conducted is aimed at transforming scientific theories to pilot studies, which can thereafter inform public policy in an impactful manner. The position allowed me to actively engage in effective policy formation and further my understanding on human behaviour within differing societal constructs.

I marketed the college to hundreds of prospective international students, yielding the largest incoming class for the year 2019.My work responsibilities included conducting 6 weekly interviews using a web-based platform, speaking with prospective students on an individual bases. The interviews were focused on using reflection questions to draw out information that may be relevant and each interview corresponded to a write-up that summarized the conversation. I worked with professional and student staff in both on- and off- campus admissions events. This included conducting virtual information sessions to groups of high school students, parents, and other constituents.

I was selected as part of an initiation team of 3 to help establish and implement responsibilities and policies for the Digital Media Lab. I trained incoming student employees and helped other students and staff use the media equipment. In the process, I gained extensive knowledge of organizational and media software.

I assisted faculty in teaching Introduction to Intermediate Macroeconomics, which encompasses the theoretical principles and present-day application of macroeconomic theory. I was responsible for holding weekly office hours, organising review sessions, and grading problem sets and classwork. Due to the current circumstances concerning COVID-19, I also worked with students on virtual platforms to continue assisting students and faculty as needed.

I assisted faculty in teaching Psychology 101, which is the largest class on campus that consisted of 90 students. I was also responsible for holding weekly office hours for students in addition to review sessions before each exam.

I assisted a senior faculty member on examining the effects of identity development and race-based experiences on academic outcomes of Black female adolescence in a rural setting. I helped put together a girl's mentoring program that was consistent with the research conducted and used the positive youth development theoritical framework to establish a mentoring program that lasted 8 weeks (8 seperate sessions).
