Growing up🏆I would dismentle even toy/ game/gadgets at sight in any attempt to understand how and why they work the way they do & rebuild to full functionality. Just like everything in life I succeeded at some and loss others. My broken toys were not enough to stop me whether I approaches my next "experiment" with lessons from the failed once to ensure success. I will attribute my greatest wins to my extremely inquisitive nature with enables me to understand what exist and opportunities to reinvent and recreate. Starting my career🎗 in MBA seemed like a mismatch at first given by B.Sc in ZBC. However I immediately recognise the possibility it represented to understand the most important assets in any organisation; the people. I was privileged to harness diverse views and opinions to create solutions that poster productivity. I landed in MBA when I attendant seminars and workshop and saw the need to combined my knowledge of people and systems with mind desire for problem solving. I enjoying applying human Centered design and design thinking principles to create innovation solutions and Business models gear toward growth. You will find me observing how people meet their daily needs, obsessing over changing consumers sentiments and analysing disruptive Business models in a bid to create ventures with a positive impact on people organisation and Society at large.🎯🎖
