Every step, every challenge, and every pivot has been about one thing: 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 and scaling it into something impactful.I kicked off my career with hands-on work in 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 during my college days, honing skills across 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬. That set the stage for my next chapter: 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. Running my own company for three years taught me more than any book or course ever could—especially about resilience and leadership. After a successful exit, I found myself working with startups as Head of Technology and VP of Engineering, navigating the thrilling 0-to-1 phase for multiple businesses.Following this, I became a 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭, advising various 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 on performance, scalability, and security strategies, along with guiding them through their early growth stages. This consulting experience allowed me to dive even deeper into the mechanics of different industries, further honing my ability to provide actionable insights.Eventually, I made a pivot into 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥, leveraging all my experiences as an operator and technologist to back founders who are building the next wave of innovative companies.
