As a Human Resources Intern, I have gone through various activities throughout my internship period. Great opportunity to learn practically in the organization.Here, I assist by senior HR executive Officer with lots of knowledge and experiencial guidance. The learnings are ,I gone through employees records and Conduct initial screening of job applicants and schedule interviews. Assit with HR important records for the ISO auditing. Coordinate with HR department for the Salary work by using biometric Software check employees absentiessim. I here learnt about the TNPCB (Tamilnadu Pollution control Board) though it's a manufacturing industry, and also I have learnt about the various licences that HR should maintain. About The employees Benefits like ESI and EPF .These learning helps me to Uplift my success and also leads to attain my goal with lots and lots of information.
