• Reconnected with existing GoCatch customers & drivers and persuaded them to use the app again• Followed up on advance bookings and made sure all bookings were completed• Worked on getting more drivers on board and validated• Handled tickets & inbound calls received via Zendesk

• Worked with the technology team to revamp House of Chase’s e-commerce website to increase the user experience and functionality• Handled the day to day operations of the website and the retail stores• Coordinated and planned digital marketing strategies to build the brand name• Expanded the brand’s consumer reach by onboarding with several e-commerce marketplaces • Planned and executed several promotional activities like a fashion show, a campus ambassador program and several pop-up shops.

• Conducted an end consumer feedback research to understand what the consumers want and expect from the company• Planned and conducted several online and offline marketing activities to increase awareness and consumer engagement

• Aided O&M in devising advertising campaigns by conducting competition analysis, retail research and consumer research for Lenovo and Yippee Noodles
