Howdy! I am a senior Biomedical Engineering major at Texas A&M University (TAMU). I am involved in the SWE (Society of Women Engineers) and BMES (Biomedical Engineering Society) chapters at TAMU; I hold leadership positions in both of these organizations as the Section's Treasurer and Vice President respectively. I am also a part of a research lab where I get hands-on wet lab experience with hydrogels which I decided to join to get more experience outside of the classroom. To be more involved with campus and our traditions, I am a residence life tour guide where I get to be one of the first people to greet visitors and prospective students to TAMU. I am looking for an internship position in biotech for Summer 2025. I have had the opportunity to work on technical medical device projects in my capstone, classes, and competitions to further my understanding of the engineering field. I have understood the importance of project and team management with design processes, and I would like to continue expanding my skills in this area by working in quality, regulatory affairs, and/or manufacturing.
