CurrentMulti-Portfolio responsibilitiesSales Support and Partner Engagement:- Assist Regional Sales Managers/Partners with lead qualification and technical sales support.- Ensure technical updates throughout the sales process.Tender Bidding and Documentation:- Manage RFQs and RFPs, including technical writing and compliance.- Design solutions, scope projects, and develop deliverables, BOMs, and SLAs.Training and Technical Support:- Conduct partner trainings, customer webinars, and provide ongoing technical assistance.- Support presales, post-sales activities, and project management.Project Implementation and Risk Management:- Implement turnkey projects and manage risks effectively.- Address scope creep and site limitations with adhoc mitigation.Network Integration and Operations:- Conduct acceptance testing and oversee network integration.- Manage O&M activities through maintenance contracts.Innovative Problem Solving:- Provide out-of-the-box solutions for challenging site conditions.- Ensure budget optimization and avoid unnecessary expenditures.Exhibitions and Conferences:- Manage exhibitions like GITEX, showcasing new products and updates.- Attend regional sales conferences to gather insights and support. Test and Measurement Tools Portfolio (Manufactured by Viavi)- Engage with regional partners for training and technical discussions.- Deploy network test systems such as ONMSi and Nitro fusion solutions.- Provide L1 regional support and manage post-deployment AMC. Synchronization Portfolio (Manufactured by Microchip USA)- Manage spares and AMC renewal processes.- Handle vendor case management and ensure SLA adherence.- Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage firmware upgrades.- Provide 24/7 L1-L3 remote and onsite support.- Report project statuses and address delays with stakeholders.- Install and integrate NMS for network element services.- Troubleshoot sync network issues following SOP best practices.
