Additionally, he earned a second Master's degree in Environmental Economics from Dhaka University, Bangladesh, driven by his interests in Environmental Economics and Natural Resource Management. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Fire and Emergency Management Administration at Oklahoma State University, with a research focus on disaster response strategies and emergency preparedness. His work aims to enhance community resilience and inform policy development to improve the effectiveness of emergency management systems. As an interdisciplinary researcher, Mr. Das's research interests span disaster and emergency management, climate change vulnerability analysis, impact mitigation, adaptation planning, and natural resource management.
