I worked as a project manager in marketing communications and sponsorship projects. I was responsible for ensuring that our projects are successful and our clients are happy. I was closely involved at all stages of the project from planning to execution, monitoring and closure. My job involved conceptualization and productization, sales, multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media, event management, event production, marketing automation, internal and external communications, content marketing and customer relations. The most important task in my role was regular communication with our team and our stakeholders and ability to react quickly when the situation so requires.In 2016-2017 i2 was commissioned to establish regional and national sponsorships for the large maritime event The Tall Ships Races Finland 2017 that gathered 899 000 visitors altogether.  In addition, i2 designed the joint marketing campaign for the event . With more than 70 sponsors, and sponsorship contracts totalling €2.8 million, the commission was a great success. I worked as a project manager in The Tall Ships Races Finland 2017 project in i2. I worked in numerous business development projects in customer relations, marketing, communications, content creation, sponsorship, research, data acquisition, financing and event production among other things. I was also responsible for coordinating training programs and active communication with companies and participants during the five-month training process. I worked in twelve programs with over 200 companies and participants altogether. My role in training programs involved recruitment, marketing, training, business development and social media as well.

My job consisted of assisting in human resource management (eg. work time monitoring, recruitment process, workwear coordination, occupational accident reporting), financial support tasks (eg. billing), internal communication (presentations, communication plan for the company, training sessions for employees) and coordination of export shipments (logistics, waybills, bills of sale).

I worked in a project that enhanced the collaboration between small and medium-sized enterprises and educational institutions. I assisted with the coordination of the cooperation projects, participated in event organizing, student recruitment, communications planning and implementation (presentations, brochure, Facebook, website). I was also responsible for compilation and analysis of fhe feedback surveys.

During the five-month traineeship I assisted in the project management and customer acquisition, coordinated independently ad projects and ad traffic, organized customer events and seminars, built customer database and contacted stakeholders.
