My name is Anu Verma, and I am the founder of Victim2Victor.net, a transformative platform dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual and domestic abuse to rediscover their strength, resilience, and potential for healing. My journey from trauma to self-empowerment has inspired me to provide resources, guidance, and support to others facing similar challenges. Through my website, book, and podcast, I aim to show that healing is possible and that life after trauma can be not only fulfilling but also profoundly inspiring.I’m a Certified Complex Trauma Recovery Coach and Trauma Therapist, trained in an extensive range of therapeutic practices and models. These include Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Regulation, and the Rewind, Light Stream & Fast Phobia Technique. My approach integrates the Biopsychosocial Model, which combines biological, psychological, and social factors to support comprehensive healing. I also use neurobiology and neuroscience principles, as well as Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation and Narrative Therapy to help survivors reclaim control of their lives.Beyond my trauma-focused qualifications, my background includes a Level 4 Advanced Counselling Diploma from Oxbridge and multidisciplinary training on breaking the cycle of depression. My holistic healing qualifications also reflect my deep commitment to diverse and effective healing methods. I am an AAMET Accredited EFT Level 1 & Level 2 Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Therapy, a Clinical Hypnotherapist Practitioner, and a Certified Embodiment Coach accredited by the ICF. Additionally, as a Reiki Tera-Mai Seichem Master Practitioner and Energy Healer, I bring a healing touch to my work, providing clients with both traditional and alternative approaches to recovery. My expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching through Robbins-Madanes training further supports my mission to empower others at every stage of their healing journey.Victim 2 Victor stands as a beacon of hope, providing survivors not only with strategies to overcome pain but also a compassionate community that understands the profound depth of trauma recovery.
