Anchoring the end-to-end operations W.r.t. organization’s role in the Hemophilia and Working as a thought partner with the Hemophilia treatment centres and coalition partners in identifying problems and design solutions and ensure smooth running of World Federation Hemophilia Path to Access to Care and Treatment (PACT) program. Jointly Led the designing and delivery of Capacity building initiatives for 100 Hemophilia treatment centres for, 200 doctors, 1500 volunteers, 150+ key chapter person Processes in the state in collaboration with Govt. Stakeholders, coalition partners. Anchoring the material development for next year i.e., AY 24 – 25 for treatment centres, Rating which includes Transportation and distribution, storage and inventory, Utilization reports, Assessment tool and processes and Record Keeping AY 25 – 26. Contributed to designing and implementation of the Mission Monitoring methodology in the national level. Leading the hiring, orientation program for volunteer and performance management of 100 Hemophilia treatment centres across the states of India. Working as a thought partner of the central leadership team and worked in streamline various HR, Admin, Finance and Operations related processes. Coordinated for Financial Management of budget allocated under different projects. Responsible for donor reporting, reporting to CEO, Program manager, Give India, World Federation Hemophilia program managers and save on line program departments. Ensure the necessary directive / letters should be issued on time and budgetary allocation should be made for smooth implementation of the interventions. Reporting the DCGI approval for import of humanitarian aid in India. Jointly lead the strategic discussions with donors, performance management agency i.e. Save on life, World Hemophilia federation, Sarvejana Foundation, Nova Nordisk Hemophilia Federation and assessment agencies and extend support in the implementation of project activities

Prepare district-level progress reports and share the same with govt. stakeholders and management as well.Deploy new plans and review progress in consultation with the Core Team Members who were leading CoE LD, CoE OD, Process Re-engineering, and Governance verticals.Ensure effective utilization of program budget as per annual plan and Liasioning with district leadership and supporting the team in planning and advocacy.Ensure Data management and M & E reporting of the program and Ensure the key performance indicators for the project are met.Ensure that the tender documents are analyzed, evaluated and all specific requirements of tenders are met before submission.Relationship management with All Govt. Participate and represent org. in meetings, conferences, and workshops in the States and Creating Organization memory by documentation of various systems, processes, and activities.Track and record project quality improvement as agreed upon and follow-up on submitted papers, ensure the file movement, that proposals reach their conclusion, etc.Preparing Monthly / Annually Status Reports, Event Reports, Training Reports etc. Maintain Logistics and MIS and Preparation of monthly review meeting.Visiting partners and Govt. for activities, meetings, and presentation with High power committee, etc. Planning and implementation of program on field through Training staff & capacity building and coordinating with State and Head Office for various purposes .Ensure that the tender documents are analyzed, evaluated and all specific requirements of tenders are met before submission.
