• Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting services, including strategy, sourcing, screening, technical evaluations and candidate closure.• Worked For various positions of Fortune 500 companies in need of Contract, Contract to hire, Full-Time and Part time.• Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.• Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.• Source resumes in various available Job Portals.• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement.• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.• Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.• Negotiate salary with candidates and negotiate pay rate with subcontracting companies and close the position.• Arrange for client interviews and possible offer of employment.• Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.• Negotiate on Salary aspects.• Team Coordination o Guide other members of the team on deliverables.o Training junior recruiterso Evaluating/Reviewing team profiles
