With over 20 years’ experience of learning and development, my ambition is to develop my knowledge and experience to the reach my maximum potential both individually and professionally within a learning and development capacity which can be utilised by my current and future employers.I have recently gained significant experience as learning and development professional with a proven track record in design & delivery of competency frameworks. I have significant experience of working both strategically and operationally in learning & development with many different organisations nationally and internationally across many various business sectors.I am an enthusiastic, motivated and well educated learning and development consultant. I am currently employed as Training Partner for Silverback Global which is a sister company of Training 2000 with more than 50 years' experience of developing people. The main purpose of Silverback being formed was to focus on senior leadership training, organisational strategy development and helping organisations harness their talent. I am able to use my coaching, mentoring, training delivery, analytical and technical skills to foster an environment in where knowledge and understanding will take place.I have been known to offer advice and support when require to help people adapt to a learning environment they may find themselves in. I am commercially driven and motivated and I am able to lead teams to achieve business excellence with the express aim of continuous development ensuring I am regularly exceeding expectations.
