Sr. Officer (Terminal Operations)
Current•Responsible for all the terminal activities including Safe & smooth operation of receipt, storage & delivery of the different petroleum products through Terminal Tanks, Tankers, White Oil Pipeline (WOP) and Tank Lorries.•Perform gauging activities for terminal tanks, Vessel tanks, Internal Tank Transfer (ITT) before/after receipt and drain water(if required).•Recommend the dosage of additives, dyes and chemical injection in different petroleum product and their blending/mixing methodologies. •Generate daily Opening /Closing & Balance Stock Reports and investigating if any abnormal stock variation has observed. •Maintained Oil Inventory, Material Balance, Loss Gain Calculations at actual / standard temperature & specific gravity. •Hand on experience on automated PLC based control system such as Smith Meters Accuload & Micro load, SAAB Radar Tank Gauging System and closely monitor &control the operation •through Local Control Panels & DCS by acknowledge alarms with appropriate corrective action.•Supervise the berthing of Vessel on assign Jetty and check the lineup from allocated manifold, witnessing the sampling, gauging the ship tanks, operating the loading arm and connected it lineup for receipt receiving. •Verify the Vessel documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, Quality /Quality Certificate, Ullage Retort after discharge and Connecting the loading arms or hoses & monitoring the hourly discharge rate, pressure, product quantity & sample density. •Hand on experience pigging or flushing the product pipelines i.e. receiving & launching of scraper•Supervise blending of JP-1 into JP-8 for PAK NAVY and Afghanistan Export and Dispatches through Tank Lorries.•Handled Comingle Cargo and reconciliation on Loan/ borrow basis and conduct joint dip statement with Other OMC’s, Surveyor, others stakeholders on PRO-RATA basis.
