CurrentInvolved in Business Development related activities such as, finding new business opportunities, prospect for potential new clients, expansion of the business and to meet revenue targets.- Managing sales, support and account management teams.- Perform market research and create business plans for different, regions, countries and business areas.- Account Management for the existing clients (some of fortune 500) and acting as Relationship Manager for the prospective clients (Bank/Auto Captive/Asset/Equipment Finance Companies).- Integrally involved in the complete pre-sales, sales and post-sales process. - Provide consulting related to IT solutions especially Asset Leasing and Finance industry. - Selection, verification and management of Vendors. - Attending different seminars and events for the demonstration of company products and networking in search of business prospects. Product demonstration and presentation to the prospective clients. - Documenting, Request for Proposals (RFI, RFP), Presentations, Whitepapers, Demonstrations material, etc. - Working in line with the Client, Project Manager and the project team for the successful delivery of the project. - Involved in projects as a Project Coordinator/ Associate Project Manager; using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to manage resource, cost and scope, where required.- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements for different business areas (Asset Leasing and Finance domain). - Perform business process evaluation and recommend process re-engineering where required to remove inefficiencies and to introduce optimal business practices.- Involved in different roles during the project implementation and deployment such as product testing and verification, performing product training and preparing training material.
