Safari is a traditionally owned local company to contracts with the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (King Abdullah Specialized Children Hospital) I am employed as a Deputy Manager Soft Services project with key result areas:➢ Managed the first King Abdullah Specialized Children Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Occupying 192,000 m2 over 10 levels floor with 600 beds aside from Emergency, 14 Operating rooms, Oncology and Interventional Radiology rooms. This has a budget of SR 105 million with a 450 total cleaning male and female employees including 35 supervisors. ➢ Planning with senior Manager implementing and managing all housekeeping services in public and medical treatment areas within the hospital adhering to the client's KPIs and following the international standards of JCI and the CBAHI standards.➢ Conducting safety meeting Housekeeping Toolbox Talks, such as workplace hazards and safe work practices especially waste management in the hospital.➢ Ensure the performance of various assigned responsibilities and conduct of the staff in accordance with the set policies procedures and processes of the Infection Prevention and Control safety department.➢ Responsible for recruiting manpower with support from senior managers from different nationalities as per the requirements of clients.➢ Manage training with trainer of housekeeping staff and communication transportation and continuous improvement activities.➢ Ensure that the required services are implemented and regularly maintained with budget preparation management and forecasting.➢ Attending the monthly meeting with the nursing department and Infection prevention Control department and discussing and providing solutions to the issues raised.➢ Regularly interacting and solving the client issues raised by them and developing business processes – procedures and ensuring their implementation as per the KPIs are met.➢ Control and analyze on an ongoing basis the qualitylevels.
