Lead, manage, supervise and set the standards for all service solutions from the company in order to meet the needs of all departments and all solutions from this company can be used by all employees properly and smoothly without any problems.

Manage problem solving services in applications and other technical support accordinglywith applicable standards and conditions with the aim of ensuring smooth operationoperational throughout the application.* Controlling the analysis process, problem solving, and testing / UAT against constraintsthat happens to the application.* Develop a work process for each application based on user requirementsincrease effectiveness and minimize the occurrence of errors.* Lead the process of determining the main operational services and work standards with the user.* Manage the handling of complaints / IT operational problems.

• Fully responsible for database application complaints from all business units office in Indonesia.• Fully responsible for the design of new application modules to facilitate user workflow.• Fully responsible for monitor and maintain the schedule and deadlines for each step of new application, from design to successfully implementation at all user.• Fully responsible for all business application implementation (Sales Distribution Program, SFA (using PDT, PDA, Tablet), Web Survey Application, etc.) at all business units in Indonesia.• Fully responsible for all testing and simulation for new release of business application before launching it to all office in Indonesia.• Full responsibility for ensuring all applications used by the user is the latest release.• Full responsibility for human resources development at this division.
